I was 13 years old when I found self tanner. I’d spent all summer laying out in the sun using baby oil and my skin only burning (shocker 😂)! The moment I had those instant results from a cheap self tanner it was game over. Orange palms, streaks, the smell… I didn’t care… I felt like a million bucks. I proceeded to try every self tanner on the market over the following 15 years. Always testing out new products to achieve a tan that didn’t come with all of the negative results I accepted at 13. In 2019 I was applying my name brand self tanner… the smell was unbearable… if you know you know. 😩. I realized at that moment I could create my own. One without streaks, the smell, the orange tone… one that met ALL of my needs. I found a manufacturer and chemist in California who were able to bring my vision to life. And in 2019… we debuted Desert Bronze!
