Shipping + Pickup Info + Returns
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020 :
Facebook Messenger will be turned OFF. We have decided that this is best for communication purposes for multiple reasons. First, when this began it was designed under my PERSONAL Facebook - now that we are the best group ever and MUCH LARGER its not effective when we are out of the warehouse. All staff members cannot access my FB personally an its not professional. We are doing what we can to make this easier ON YOU! We ask that if you are wanting an update on a specific item you ask under THAT post under YOUR order and tag an admin if possible. Commenting on other posts that DO NOT pertain to your items are not helpful and confuse other buyers. (If we are not friends, it may not be possible). Often times updates are given in bulk at the bottom of posts. If you take a little extra time sometimes an answer to your questions could be in the description or already posted. If this doesn’t work - we have a back up plan. We have created an email solely for updates, information etc. That email is : firstname.lastname@example.org. When sending an email DO NOT send an email and say “checking on my shirt”. That is NOT HELPFUL! What is helpful is providing as much information as you can so if our staff is mobile they can get you a faster response. When emailing us - if you ordered under a different email perhaps your PayPal one - PLEASE make note of that. Example: “Hey girl - this is Whitney Smith (facebook name) checking in on the Red long sleeve shirt I ordered in a size large with initials WSN - Invoice # 3128. If you could update me where we are with my order since I no longer see my order posted that would be great! :)” Emails will be responded to during BUSINESS HOURS ONLY within 3 Business days (usually that day and ASAP) . If you don’t get a response - double check our posted Calendar under “announcements” to see if we are working.
- ORDERING CORRECTLY WILL BE ENFORCED. We are located in North Little Rock, AR. - even if you order everyday please put PICK UP or if you need your items shipped it is your responsibility to put SHIP when ordering if you expect it to be shipped. We are human and cant always remember who ships and who doesn’t. Once USPS/FedEx/UPS picks up the item to ship, it is going to the address logged in when checking out. When finalizing your invoice - DOUBLE & TRIPLE check your shipping address is correct. If your package is shipped back to us, we will issue a brand new invoice for shipping for the item to go back out. SSB is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. Most of our items are shipped via USPS priority mail with $50 or more of insurance - it is your job to file a claim with them once the item is shipped and has began tracking. That is the beauty of insurance - to replace items if needed after damage/go missing in transition.
- PICKING UP ITEMS - Starting 1/1/20 dates will be written on your package when it is put in the pick up room. You should plan on picking your order up within 5-7 days of being notified. We will remind you close to 15 days and donate the items at 30 days NO EXCEPTIONS! We are not a storage unit and it becomes overwhelming. I know this sounds sassy but you have no idea how full the room gets. If you order the item - come and get it or send someone to do so. If you send someone in your place to pick items up be kind enough to enlighten them on what they are picking up - or send with a screen shot - it saves a lot of time.
- RETURNS: In the event you need to return something our policy is STORE CREDIT or EVEN EXCHANGE within 15 days unless it is defective upon arrival to you. We will process you on our end in a book & tag you under the new process of “STORE CREDIT “ post with the amount you have to spend & we will make notes as you spend it! Items must have all tags, unworn, unwashed and as we stated FREE OF SMELLS - these items are then categorized as damaged otherwise. You will have 60 days to use the credit unless other arrangements need to be made specially for you (deployments etc.) Items such as swimwear, beanies, ear pieces cannot be returned but you are welcome to sell on our buy/sell/trade page. If you prefer to receive your original investment back for an item and store credit doesn’t do - head on over to our B/S/T page ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/1093358777381320/) and post your items - lots of times there are people waiting on items they missed out on! WIN - WIN!
- MONOGRAMMED ITEMS / PERSONALIZED ITEMS - ARE FINAL SALE. When ordering for women the correct order is FIRST LAST MIDDLE INITIALS & FOR MEN FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST. (Unless authorized by Whitney to fix errors/issues)
